Has Harriet given up on blogging?

Since Gordon Brown's gone on holiday, that leaves the country under the watchful eye of his co-pilots.While looking at this BBC News article about deputies, I had a little moment when I wondered whether Harriet Harman (one of the 3 grown-ups currently in charge) had ever got back to her blog . she had a little incident in April when it was hacked, and her 'resignation letter' was posted. It would appear she's not gone back to it since...although there is a spoof blog that's quite entertaining! Actually, I think I prefer the spoof one to the real one...

Future publishing of posts in Blogger now active

Yay, the draft feature (was which starting to get annoying, as I had to remember to go to Blogger in Draft to do a future post) has now been launched as a standard feature of Blogger. I had already been using this feature on both my personal blog and this one, but it'll be a bit easier to do now. Woo-hoo!!

UK librarian blogs - the list so far

I’ve pulled the previous entries into one alphabetical list, with a few categories. Will be back later with more detailed discussion of what I’ve learned by doing this. And, as always, if you know of other librarian blogs, let me know and I’ll add them in! It’s a mystery!

Why Blogger thinks my time zone is significantly different from reality, and skips me forward an hour, even when I’m set to the right location / time zone. As a result, I’m currently posting from the Azores . Well, their time zone, which seems to match Scotlands … Unfortunately, the weather isn’t quite the same… Wait, now London works. Oh the joyous mysteries of Blogger....
